- DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1.1. “Website’s Administrators” shall mean employees authorized to run the website, on behalf of “MTRobot”, who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data and define the purposes of personal data processing, the contents of personal data subject to processing, activities (operations) to be carried out in regard to personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal Data” shall mean any information, directly or indirectly, related to a specific or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. “Processing of Personal Data” shall mean any activity (operation) or series of activities (actions) carried out by means of automation or without using such means in regard to personal data, including personal data gathering, recording, systematizing, storing, keeping, clarifying (updating, modifying), anonymizing, blocking, deleting, destroying.
1.1.4. “Personal Data Confidentiality” shall mean a requirement to be complied with by the Operator or any other gaining authorized access to not allow such data to be disclosed without consent of the personal data subject or without any other legal cause.
1.1.5. “MTRobot Website’s User” (hereinafter “User”) shall mean a person who has access to the Website through the Internet and uses the Website of the online shop.
1.1.6. “Cookies” shall mean a fragment of data, which is sent by the web server and stored by the user’s computer, and resent by the web client or web browser to the web server in a HTTP request each time there is an attempt to open a web page of the corresponding website.
1.1.7. “IP address” shall mean a unique web node address in the computer network built on IP protocols.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.4. The Website’s Administrators do not verify the personal data provided by the User of the “MTRobot” website.
3.2.1. the User’s full name;
3.2.2. the User’s phone number;
3.2.3. the e-mail address.
3.3. “MTRobot” protects the Data that are automatically transferred in the process of viewing ads slots and browsing the pages that have a statistical script of the system (‘pixel’):
- IP address;
- information gained through cookies;
- information about the browser (or any other program which provides access to view the ads);
- access period;
- the web address of the page containing the ads slot;
- the referrer (the address of the previous page).
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access those parts of the “MTRobot” website, which require authorization.
3.3.2. “MTRobot” collects statistics on IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical issues, to control the legitimacy of financial settlements being carried out.
- PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. The Website’s Administrators may use the User’s Personal Data to:
4.1.1. Identify the User registered on the “MTRobot” website in order to arrange an order and/or enter into an Agreement with “MTRobot” to buy/sell a product using online methods.
4.1.2. Provide the User with access to the personalized resources of the “MTRobot” website.
4.1.3. Establish a feedback process with the User, including sending notifications and requests in regard to the “MTRobot” website, rendering services, and processing requests and orders from the User.
4.1.4. Identify the location of the User to ensure security and prevent fraud.
4.1.5. Validate that the personal data provided by the User are true and full.
4.1.6. Create an account for making purchases if the User has agreed to create an account.
4.1.7. Notify the User of the “MTRobot” website about the status of the Order.
4.1.8. Process and receive payments, confirm taxes or tax breaks, dispute payments, identify whether the User is eligible to get a credit line.
4.1.9. Provide the User with effective client and technical support when and if problems occur that are related to using “MTRobot”.
4.1.10. Provide the User, with his/her consent, with product updates, special offers, information about prices, newsletter and any other information on behalf of the “MTRobot” website or “MTRobot” partners.
4.1.11. Carry out advertising activities with the User’s consent.
4.1.12. Provide the User with the access to the websites or services of the “MTRobot” partners in order to get products, updates or services.
- TERMS AND METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data will be carried out within no definite time period in any legal way, including but not limited to in personal data information systems using means of automation or without using any such means.
5.2. The User agrees that the Website’s Administrators have the right to transfer his/her personal data to third parties, including but not limited to delivery service, post office organizations, electronic communication operators, exclusively with the purpose of executing the User’s order submitted on the “MTRobot” website, including the delivery of the Product.
5.3. The User’s personal data may be submitted to state authorities only pursuant to and under the applicable laws.
5.4. In case any of the personal data is lost or disclosed, the Website’s Administrators shall inform the User about such loss or disclosure of his/her personal data.
5.5. The Website’s Administrators shall take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure and any other abusive third-party actions.
5.6. The Website’s Administrators together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent any losses or other negative effects resulted from the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
- OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide his/her personal data required to be able to use the “MTRobot” website.
6.1.2. Update and/or add new information to the personal data provided in case there have been any changes to the personal data.
6.2. The Website’s Administrators are obliged to:
6.2.3. Take prevention measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data according to the procedure typically used to protect such information in existing business practices.
6.2.4. Block personal data pertaining to the User after being contacted by or having a request from the User or his/her legal representative or authorized body in protection of the rights of personal data subjects while the inspection is being performed, in case false personal data or abusive actions have been detected.
- RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website’s Administrators are not responsible for any loss of confidential information or its disclosure if this confidential information:
7.1.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.1.2. Had been received from a third party before it was received by the Website’s Administrators.
7.1.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
